Are you planning a baby shower for a friend or a family member? If so, you may have a bit of trouble when trying to decide on baby shower themes. There are just so many cute motifs to choose from. If the sex of the child has not yet been determined, you will want to choose a design that is done in neutral colors, such as yellow and/or green. If the child’s sex has been determined, you can feel free to decorate in blue or pink. When it comes to baby shower themes, you may or may not ask for the input of the guest of honor – the mother to be. If she has a favorite cartoon character, there’s a chance that there may be baby shower décor with that particular character on it. I recently threw a baby shower for my sister. Her favorite carton characters have always been Winnie the Pooh and his pals, so choosing a theme for her shower was a cinch. The Pooh Baby Days theme was perfect. The décor features Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore, and Piglet. Because all of the available items are adorned in neutral pastels, such as purple, green, and yellow, it is a great theme for a girl or a boy. Cartoon characters are very popular when the mother to be has a favorite. For those who do not, or when the shower is a surprise, there are bears, turtles, and rubber ducks, just to name a few. Some baby shower themes are even more specific. You can now buy invitations, tablecloths, plates, cups, napkins, and décor that let everyone know that the mother to be is expecting twins.
